Each member of our board of directors is selected and appointed by the Boone County Commission. Each member serves a two-year term with terms expiring at different times.

Board meetings are open to the public and are held at the BCAA Central Office in Racine, WV. These meetings typically occur on the third Thursday of each month beginning at 4pm. Agendas for these meetings are posted at the BCAA Central Office one week prior to the scheduled meeting date and time.
