The Boone County Ambulance Authority's Board of Directors is comprised of citizens from across the county, appointed by the Boone County Commission, to oversee the financial stability and well-being of the agency. This board is comprised of seven members and meets the third Thursday of each month at the BCAA Central Office at 4pm.
